Integration NCD/CAFD Tool into EsysX

So a while ago i posted about updating the NCD/CAFD Tool data and Launcher 2.8.2 data with newer untrimmed data.

While i've gotten loads of messages to release it, I never did so because there was no way to protect the untrimmed data from getting stolen.

But just about a few weeks ago a new license of EsysX - EsysX Expert - was released which integrates the NCD/CAFD Tool into Esys itself and which brings lots of advantages:

- Integration in Esys: Calculate while coding a car using the native FA and SVT

- No need for another external Tool

- As you purchase an update for EsysX, you get updated mappings for the calculation as well

- Calculation is done with a regular FA.xml and SVT_CURRENT.xml

- Calculation uses native Esys methods to retreive the param list

- Calculation uses time criteria, typecode and all SALAPA elements
